This Low Pressure (LP) 9/16 inch UNF Male to 3/8 inch UNF Female hose connector is for when you need to connect two standard low pressure regulator hoses together with an air tight connection.
This hose coupler allows two standard LP regulator hoses to be joined together into one longer regulator hose.
The 9/16"-18 UNF Male end screws into the second stage end of a standard LP regulator hose.
The 3/8"-24 UNF Female end accepts the 3/8"-24 UNF Male end of a standard LP regulator hose. That is, the end that would normally screw into a LP 1st stage regulator port.
