San-o-Sub Modular HP DIN Manifold Valve - RIGHT (300 bar) - Not Oxygen Clean. This Right Hand Side High Pressure DIN Modular Manifold Valve, without blanking plug, is made by San-o-Sub, a leading Italian manufacturer of medical, industrial and scuba valves. They are strong and reliable and are made from really top quality materials. The inner air passages were carefully studied in the design so as to guarantee top performance even, and above all, with the top performance regulators. The valve design ensures an excellent grip, facilitating the opening and closing of the tank.

The valve is for manifolds with a torroidal connection. It comes with a standard 300 Bar DIN outlet to accommodate 300 bar DIN regulators only.

This valve is typically used together with the matching 300 Bar Left Hand Side Manifold Valve, plus a San-o-Sub Manifold Centre Isolation Cross Bar, to create a complete Isolation Manifold setup for twin 300 bar cylinders.

The valve has a standard 3/4-inchx14 NPSM (NGS) parallel thread to fit the cylinder neck thread of most Australian Standard aluminium and steel tanks/cylinders/bottles. It has a 60° thread form, a pitch diameter of 0.9820 to 0.9873 in (24.94 to 25.08 mm), and a pitch of 14 threads per inch (5.5 threads per cm).

WARNING: Please ensure that you are fitting the valve to a cylinder with a matching thread. Getting it wrong is extremely dangerous.

The valve is manufactured using certified CW 617 N pressed brass. The valve is precision cut using the latest CNC technologies and then protected with nickel and chrome platings, and then assembled and quality controlled with special calibration equipment by expert staff. The valves are CE EN250 and PED CE 97/23 approved and come with all necessary declarations. All the valves include seals and are assembled with compatible oxygen lubricants.

Valve Oxygen Cleaning:
This valve is Nitrox ready up to 40%. If you are planning to use this valve on a cylinder with Enriched Air Nitrox (Nitrox) mixes from more than 40% up to 100% oxygen, or where partial pressure blending is used to create a Nitrox mix of up to 40%, then it's essential for the safety of the cylinder user and the person filling the cylinder that the valve is oxygen cleaned and prepared with special o-rings, seats, and grease designed for exposure to pure oxygen. The cylinder should then be banded with the familiar yellow and green Nitrox band/wrap/sticker, and an Oxygen Clean 'In Test' inspection sticker applied.
